Our Founder
Keith Spencer is the founder and principal consultant at Cerebrii Solutions Global. With 25 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Project Management, and Real Estate and Property Management, he leverages his wealth of experience for the benefit of his clients. Keith Spencer holds a MSc. In Real Estate and Property Management (University of Salford), is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) since 2006 and member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He is also a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the holder of the ProFM designation. Keith Spencer is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the holder of the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Keith Spencer is also an Exemplar recognized Certified Lead Auditor for the ISO 41001 Facilities Management System standard
